Berlin, 4. February 2015: HMS Bergbau AG, an international coal supplier with operating know-how of coal mining, transport and trade, announces the expansion of its international coal marketing operations through a new marketing agreement with South African coal miner IchorCoal N.V. This way HMS Bergbau AG continues the existing cooperation with IchorCoal’s majority owned Vunene Mining Pty. Ltd and furthermore gains access to IchorCoal’s other mining opera-tions for export and domestic sales outside Eskom. As established in the prior cooperation export will be handled through the Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT) – the world’s largest coal export terminal.
